"...Being a part of the Queenstown womans Rovers has been a great experience for me. Playing against and with women a different size and age to mine has really helped me progress in the development of my soccer. My team mates were very encouraging towards me and I felt accepted by them immediately. I think it is great for womens soccer to have more youth involvement, not only to develop womens soccer in queenstown but for the individuals personal development. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing for the womens Rovers team (even though I only came into the team half way through the 2009 season.) I am looking foward to a great year with the Rovers in 2010..."
