Dear Sponsor,

Thank you for considering us for your support for 2010. By any measure 2010 will be the most exciting year in the clubs history, as it expands not only to include a competitive Women’s team, but also an inaugural season for the Queenstown Rovers Youth and Junior teams.

While we aim as club to become self funding, we seek assistance in getting the wheels of the club turning. And as with all clubs sponsorship from within our community is both gratefully received and respected. Below we offer a variety of options, all of which can be discussed, altered and fine tuned to meet your expectations.

Gold Sponsor

While we currently have major sponsors providing Fantastic support, there is always room
for further sponsors of this nature, especially with the clubs expansion in 2010. A Major Sponsors contribution can be financial, or by way of a service or gift useful or perhaps vital to the club. A Major Sponsors Contribution would range between $1000 and $3000 per season.

In return for such a generous contribution, The Rovers would provide the Following:

  1. Use of the Clubs Name and Images in/on any promotional advertisement or
    merchandise during the Calendar year of the sponsorship.
  2. Space on team wear for the purpose printing Company name or Logo. You will need
    to enquire for spaces available across the 3 Senior Teams, and/or Junior teams. Our
    Men’s and Woman’s Teams have enjoyed many photos in local media, and also the
    ODT and Southland Times. Cost of Printing will be additional.
  3. Advertisement of your contribution to the club on the Sponsors Board, to be
    mounted in Club room
  4. Inclusion in any Radio/Print advertising commissioned by the QRFC
  5. Web Page space for your company on our Club website www.queenstownrovers.org
    complete with Link to your own website if available.
  6. The direct support of our 70+ Senior Members, and potentially similar number of
    Juniors.
  7. Non-Playing Club Membership for 5 People

Silver Sponsor

There are many companies out there with the generosity, but not necessarily the funds to
support local sport as a major sponsor to a team or club. Our Silver Sponsorship will provide
excellent Value for money. A silver Sponsorship contribution will range from $500-$1000.

  1. Use of the Clubs Name and Images in/on any promotional advertisement or merchandise during the Calendar year of the sponsorship.
  2. Advertisement of your support on the Sponsors Board, to be mounted in Club room.
  3. Web Page space for your company on our Club website www.queenstownrovers.org complete with Link to your own website if available.
  4. The direct support of our 70+ Senior Members, and potentially similar number of
    Juniors.
  5. Non-Playing Club Membership for 2 People

Bronse Sponsor

A Little goes a long way. We could not have survived as a club for the time we have if not for our many bronze sponsors over the years. A Bronze sponsor’s contribution ranges between $150-$500.

  1. Advertisement of your support on the Sponsors Board, to be mounted in Club room
  2. Web Page space for your company on our Club website www.queenstownrovers.org complete with Link to your own website if available.
  3. The direct support of our 70+ Senior Members, and potentially similar number of Juniors.

How about Joining the Club as a Non-Playing Member. At $50 per season, support your Local Football team; get a half yard closer to the World Cup! Come down to the game, and enjoy a cold one with us afterwards.
